What is the difference between frog and toad?

Hint: Frog and toad belong to the same class Amphibians and are placed which means that have two types of life: in the beginning, when they are in larva form, they are aquatic and when they reach adult stage they will semi aquatic or terrestrial. Both of them are cold blooded. Their physical appearance is almost alike and the feeding habitats are similar too.
