How does power change with voltage?

Hint: Power is the amount of energy used or produced by an electrical setup. As there are three main components responsible for the flow of current in the circuit viz. Voltage, Current, and resistance so, the value of the power depends upon all these factors.
Complete step by step answer:
The resistance is the property of the material to oppose the flow of current the obstruction in the heats up the conductor and produces heat energy e.g., Bulb (tungsten used in bulb`s filament has resistance hence when current passes through it, it gets heated up and glows)
As we know as per ohm's law the relationship between the three components of electricity conduction is given as
V=IR
Where V is the applied voltage
I is the current flowing R is the resistance of the body
Now,
Heat or power produced by the circuit is given by
$P = {I^2}R$
$\because V = IR$
$ \to R = \dfrac{V}{I}$
And hence on doing the simplification,we have
$\therefore P = {I^2} \times \dfrac{V}{I}$
$ \to P = IV$
From the above equation, we can see that the amount of power produced is directly proportional to the applied voltage (V)
So we can say that since $P \propto V$ so the amount of power will increase as the applied voltage is increased at a linear rate.
Note:
The unit of power is watt which is $j{\sec ^{ - 1}}$ and the unit of Energy is Joules so, power means the amount of heat produced per second
The use of this phenomenon of generation of power is used in bulb, immersion rods
This phenomenon is called the heating effect of electric current.
